My path into professional animal care was inspired by my heart dog, Marley, and began as a small dog walking company in 2016. What started as a deeply personal commitment to providing reliable, thoughtful care grew into a decade-long career building and operating a successful dog care business offering walks, boarding, and training. Over time, demand for my services continued to grow, making it clear just how significant the need is for dependable, high-quality animal care. As my life shifted out of the city, I returned to my hometown, intentionally downsized my business, and reconnected with horses, something I loved deeply as a child.

 

Today, I maintain a very small, core group of boarding dogs and horse care clients, while focusing on helping aspiring animal care entrepreneurs start and run their own businesses. Barn & Beyond Animal Care exists to pass forward what experience has taught me. Animals - dogs, cats, and even horses, are the new kids, and the world needs capable, reliable people willing to care for them professionally.
